WorldSkills Competition Team Canada
The Team that will represent Canada at WorldSkills London 2011, was selected at the 2010
Canadian Skills Competition. Each of the students earned gold at the 2010
Provincial Skills Canada Competition, to earn a position on Team Alberta and
compete at the national competition.

WorldSkills London 2011 represents Canada’s eleventh participation in a WorldSkills International event, an international Competition which takes place every two years and brings together the world’s brightest in skilled trades and technology.
Next year’s Competition will bring together more than 900 competitors from 52 WorldSkills International Member countries/regions who will participate in team and individual competitions. Team Canada 2011, will be the largest delegation Canada has ever sent to a WorldSkills Competition outside of Canada, competing in 32 of the 45 skills categories.
