PROMOTE YOUR ORGANIZATION to thousands of youth, parents, teachers, volunteers, and industry representatives from across Alberta attending the 2009 Provincial Skills Competition and Career Path Showcase!

What is the Career Path Showcase?

The Career Path Showcase is Alberta’s Largest Trade and Technology Career Fair and is held in conjunction with the Provincial Skills Competition. Registration packages will be available in the fall of 2009.

How will my organization benefit?

Promote your organization to thousands of youth, parents, teachers, volunteers, and VIP’s from across Alberta during this two day event!

Where will my booth be located?

Exhibitor Booths are displayed throughout the competition site at Edmonton's Northlands Agricom. Skills Canada Alberta will try to match the exhibitors up with the events that they represent and promote and situate them in close proximity.

Who will be attending the Career Path Showcase?

During the Provincial Skills Competition (May 13-14, 2009):

  • 600 competitors (high school & post-secondary students)
  • 300 Provincial Technical Committee Members
  • 80+ Judges
  • 150 attendees from the Young Women Exploring Trades and Technologies Conference
  • 5000 High School students
  • Hundreds of parents, teachers and educational advisors
  • VIP’s
  • Volunteers
  • The general public
