See first hand the career opportunities in Alberta’s most dynamic industries! Skills Canada Alberta will
host Alberta's Largest Trade and Technology Career Fair at the annual Provincial Skills Competition. This free
event showcases trade and technology careers in an Olympic style competition.
The competition is enhanced with the Career Path Showcase, featuring 80 different trade and technology
based businesses, educational institutions and training schools and over 30 hands-on demonstrations.
High school girls can also attend the unforgettable Young Women Exploring Trades and Technologies
Conference.
From web page design to industrial mechanic, and auto service to culinary arts, you can learn about careers
in the trades and technology sectors. Industry experts will be on hand to conduct demonstrations and
provide a wealth of information and insight. Teachers and youth group leaders can also book student
tours of the event.
